Every member at Global Architect, when we share any kind of document, we always respect the same structure Why - How - What, from the book Start with Why, by Simon Sinek.
If we can't explain Why we should do something, then it doesn't make sense to keep doing it.

Every page will start with a brief explanation of why this page should exist. This section will try to define a goal or a purpose of the page or document itself, and will be the reference point for your decisions and actions.
It will explain the tactics of how we should proceed the execution of our goal. “How” types are more practical and more realist and tend to be focused on questions like “by what method?” “to what degree?” “in what condition?”.
Once we understood “Why” something should be done, and “How” we will proceed, the “What” section will enumerate the different actions we can execute.
